We have effective measures in place to monitor our learners behaviour and mood changes across visits and always encourage an open discussion.
We endorse the use of anti-bullying policies across all industries and workplaces and ask that you constantly update and re-enforce your own policies. If you do not currently have an anti-bullying policy in place have a look here for a sample policy that could be adapted.
An effective anti-bullying policy will ensure that bullying is not only stopped but also caught in its early stages. Workplace bullying is a terrifyingly real problem for 1000s of people and often goes unnoticed and under-reported.
