“I started working at TAHMINA & Co Solicitors in January 2015 and at the same time took up the Business and Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship. Within the first year of employment, I learnt many office and personal assistant skills such as the correct manner to answer a telephone in, how to deal with incoming and outgoing post and emails and how to greet clients professionally. These skills are put into practice every day of my job and I am still building on them 18 months later.
I now enjoy analysing case work on a daily basis as well as visiting prisons and courts occasionally to take notes on events occurring on all types of criminal cases. I have become more confident in my job role and am settled in the working environment. I have also recently started my Business and Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship and look forward to progressing more with my office skills throughout the next year.”
