How is training delivered?

An apprenticeship is a work-based qualification. Delivery methods will make sure off-the-job training requirements are met and that the learner is fully supported throughout their programme.

Apprenticeship delivery may include:

  • Face-to-face visits with your Skills Coach
  • Off-the-job training sessions
  • Practical on-the-job learning and observations
  • Virtual masterclasses
  • Online resources for self-study

Apprentices will be visited by their Skills Coach every six weeks. These sessions will include practical learning, observations, and activities catered to the programme. Inbetween these visits, learners will complete self-study activities.
