As of 8 January 2025, the Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 and Recruitment Consultant Level 3 apprenticeships have been retired. The new Recruiter Standard serves as the replacement, suitable for both resourcer and consultant roles.

The Recruiter Level 3 apprenticeship equips learners with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the recruitment industry. Covering key areas such as candidate sourcing, client relationship management, recruitment processes, and employment law, this programme prepares individuals for roles like Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and HR Recruitment Coordinator.
Delivered over 14 months, the apprenticeship combines workplace training with expert support, ensuring learners develop the practical and professional skills required to successfully identify, attract, and place top talent within a business.

Entry Requirements
This apprenticeship is suitable for:
Individuals working in or aspiring to a recruitment role in any industry
Those employed in a relevant job role, where they can develop and apply recruitment skills in the workplace
Candidates with GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (if not already achieved, Functional Skills support is available)
Employees who want to develop skills in candidate sourcing, client relationship management, and recruitment processes
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for apprenticeship funding, learners must:
Be aged 16 or over
Be employed in a relevant role for at least 30 hours per week
Have the right to work in England and have been resident in the UK/EEA for at least 3 years (some exceptions apply)
Not already hold a similar qualification at the same or higher level
