Parent/Guardians

If your child is enrolled in an apprenticeship with RM Training we welcome you to give us a call and be involved.

An apprenticeship is a full time commitment and results in either a Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ qualification.

RM Training would love to talk to you about the differences between being in full time education and being an apprentice. Sometimes its great to have you on board and discuss your child’s progress within their qualification.

We are an independant provider and provide their training and assessments in the workplace. The majority of our learners qualification will take place whilst they are at work. We have an online learning platform called Smart Assessor that your child should be familiar with. They will be set units to complete by their tutor.

Your child’s qualification lasts for a minimum of 12 months as an apprentice and they will only receive their qualification if they complete the entire course.

If your child is under 18, you will be required to sign an apprenticeship agreement form. You can download a copy of that below. Please download, print and sign a copy of this form and give it to your child for when they start their apprenticeship.
