Business Administration allows you to develop a range of transferable skills.
The role may involve you working independently or as part of a team and will involve maintaining, improving, and implementing administrative services. The key skills and behaviours you develop supports your own progression towards management responsibilities.

Online Learning
Our programme is developed with a blended approach giving you support both in the workplace and outside through our online learning portal. You will be given your own unique portal that you will upload your work to and receive feedback from your assessor.
You will also be given access to a vast amount of learning support materials that can be accessed at any time so you can make most of your face to face training.
Personal Tutor Support
RM Training assessors will support you throughout the programme, provide a single point of contact for any questions you have or help you build your portfolio as the programme progresses.
We will also meet you and your managers regularly to monitor progress and provide help where needed.
