James Mac Gregor
James Mac Gregor is the Managing Director of RM Training and he established the company in 2008.
He used to specialise in delivering Retail and Management training, but as the business grew, so did the number of qualifications RM Training started to deliver.
James has had much experience in senior management positions in the retail sector for 35 years and has worked with various blue-chip companies, writing and delivering various personalised training programs.
Working with RM Training since February 2016, Sue Johnson is not only a Quality Manager, but is also working as one of our Assessors.
Sue has become a valuable member of our team, signing our apprentices up with our clients and providing support when it comes to their Functional Skills tests and coursework.
Meanwhile, she assesses and marks our apprentices course work and checks the quality of the work we receive.
David MacGregor started working at RM Training in November 2017. He is the second newest member of our team and is our Client Account Manager.
David provides an important role to the company, having meetings and working alongside our clients to find them the perfect apprentice who will work well in their company.
Meanwhile, he also interviews any applicants we receive for our apprenticeship roles and books them in for interviews.
Alana Collins has been working with RM Training since October 2017 and is our Marketing and Development Consultant.
Alana was originally an apprentice through RM Training, completing a Level 2 Business Administration course. Once completed, she was employed as a member of our Sales and Recruitment team, interviewing applicants and booking them in for apprenticeship interviews.
Alana now keeps RM Training’s social media up-to-date, works on our website and markets our company.
Megan Taylor is our Business Development Administrator, and started working with RM Training in November 2017. Megan is one of our newest team members.
She is often the first person you will speak to when calling RM Training. Meanwhile, in between helping out our lovely customers, she keeps busy sorting out paper work to keep RM Training in tip-top-shape and assists Stacy, our Office Manager, with any further work that needs to be complete for our apprentices.
Toni Wallace-Adams is one of our newest Assessors to be welcomed in to our team. Like Sue, she provides valuable support to our learners, signing them up to their apprenticeship role, assisting them with course work that they need to complete for their apprenticeship role and ensuring they have an enjoyable and educational time on their apprenticeship course.
Dean Maguire is RM Training’s Freelance Apprenticeship Assessor. Dean assists with signing up our apprentices, sorting out their Functional Skills tests and keeping track of our apprentice’s progress.
Should our learners need it, Dean helps our learners with their coursework, while ensuring their apprenticeship runs smoothly.
